Description

Our $20B banking client headquartered in the Mid-West has a lucrative ABL presence throughout their nationalĀ  footprint. Now they are ready to expand in Southern California, based in either LA area or Orange County.

If you are an Asset Based Lender with a hunter's mentality and are tired of the big bank bureaucracy, this might be just the place for you.

First" boots on the ground" in- market, own the whole territory and be rewarded for production with a lucrative incentive plan, paid monthly.

  • 5-10 years of relevant business development experience in asset-based lending.
  • Must have an established and effective network of referral sources.
  • Traditional ABL products with deals size under $30mm.
  • Generate a minimum of 50-75 leads each year, resulting in a minimum of 10 term sheets issued and 4-5 deal closings. Minimum production goal is $20mm.
  • Travel is a significant requirement for this position. Expectation is that the BDO will travel about 50% of the time.
  • Must have an entrepreneurial attitude, and when working remotely, must be able to wisely manage time and expenses.
