GROWTH OPPORTUNITY!  Our $7B commercial banking client is growing and and the Client Service team will grow with them, be a part of this growth opportunity.  Manage the team that provides the white glove customer service our client is known for to commercial middle market clients. The Client Service Manager focuses on improving client touch points and reviewing business processes in order to improve the client experience and maintain procedures for servicing clients in compliance with policies and regulations. Properly manage team’s response time to processing requests, instructions, inquiries, issues, voicemails, and emails to help maintain client relationships.  Educate team and clients on account services and capabilities (i.e. how to read statements / confirmations, how to use Online Services, paperless options, etc.)

BA/BS in Finance or similar
5+ years experience in banking and customer service
2+ years experience in managing and leading a team
Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
