The Managing Director will:
Provide strategic vision for the product suite and be responsible for the development and execution of new initiatives aimed to improve our offering and enhance the way our clients interact with us.
Lead a team of product managers focused on delivering a best-in-class card experience across all channels and client segments – providing solutions that range from basic and intuitive to complex, customized and highly integrated.
Serve as a part of the leadership team to define overall product strategy and drive execution while focused on smart revenue growth, client experience and scalability.
Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to grow and manage the business. Critical partners include: IT, analytics, risk, marketing, enterprise project management, legal, compliance, operations, service, sales, channel and implementations
BA/BS degree required, Masters or MBA a plus
10+ years of product experience in the payment or financial technology services industries
8+ years of product experience in the payments/cards or financial technology services industries
Demonstrated knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends, including card rewards and loyalty solutions
Payment product expertise such as emerging Card and Digital Adjacencies, B2B and B2B2C Payments, start-up businesses, Transaction Processing, Small Business and Corporate Payments, and Treasury Services.
